Description
After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.
Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.
Shear beam weighbridge load cells have capacity range from 10 ton, 20 ton, 30 ton to 50 ton. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.

Tips: How does the Shear Beam Load Cell work?
The Shear Beam Load Cell works by using the shear force generated when weight is applied. It has an internal strain gauge that deforms under load, causing a change in resistance. This change is then converted into an electrical signal that corresponds to the amount of weight or force being applied.
