Tips: Driving power of stepper motor linear actuator
The operating characteristics of stepper motor linear actuator is closely related with matching driving power. The driving power is to provide the pulse sequence that is sent by numerical control device automatically for each phrase winding according to the required power distribution mode so as to drive the motor rotation. Its control circuit consists of a distributor and a power amplifier.

  1. A series of continuous pulses sent by the numerical control device are allocated to each winding of the stepper motor in a certain order through the distributor, so that each phase winding can be connected to and cut off according to the predetermined control mode. Therefore, we need to determine the working state of the distributor according to the electrified mode of the stepper motor when designing the distributor.
  2. The pulsing signal power of the distributor output is small while the pulse current required by the winding of the stepper motor reaches a few amperes. So the impulse sent by the distributor must be magnified to control the running of the stepper motor.
