Tips: Motor alarm maintenance
- The surface is clean, no dust, no scratches, etc.
- The base bolt is firm and reliable, and other fasteners have no loosening.
- The positioner is positioned accurately, and there is no rat nest, bird nest, spider nest, etc. in the rotor.
- Use the screwdriver to rotate the rotor. It should rotate flexibly without jamming.
- Any alarm test sound is strong when power-on.
- Refresh the paint of the stator of the motor alarm every two years. Because the gap between the rotor and the stator is limited, it is not necessary to paint the rotor to avoid jamming.
Note: Motor alarm must be powered off before operation.
