Here at RS Components we have various megaAVR 8-bit microcontrollers from Atmel. Each of the microcontrollers is based on an enhanced RISC architecture and feature QTouch library support. All the microcontroller types have varying Kb of In-System Programmable Flash, EEPROM and SRAM as well as varying pin and package types.
