High temperature limit switch has adjustable roller lever with radius of 25-89mm, contact type 1NO + 1NC and rated current/voltage 5A/220VAC. It has an IP66 protection rating, is highly dust and water resistant, and can operate reliably in harsh environments such as high-temperature industrial processes and outdoor installations.

Tips: Regular inspection and regular replacement of limit switches

  1. If the switching frequency is low (less than 1 time/day) in the state of being pressed all the time, there is a possibility that the reset may fail due to the deterioration of the parts. Please confirm in advance and check regularly.
  2. In addition to the mechanical life and electrical life described in the performance column, the high temperature limit switch life is also related to the deterioration of each part due to the usage environment (especially the deterioration of rubbers & resins, the corrosion of metal parts, etc). Therefore, please check and replace regularly to prevent accidents.
  3. When ON/OFF is not set for a long time, the contact reliability may be reduced due to oxidation or other reasons. Poor connection will cause accident hazard.
  4. Install the limit switch securely and in a clean place that is easy to inspect and can be replaced.
  5. Install an action indicator light in the places where inspection and maintenance are difficult and in dark places.
