Tips: What is Magnetic Drive Pump?
Mag drive pump is seal-less pump that use the technology of a drive magnet and inner magnet connected to an impeller to move fluid through the pump. The drive magnet and inner magnet are separated by a rear casing or housing, creating a seal-less containment. Instead of a mechanical seal, the pump uses a magnetic coupling to transmit the power from the motor to the impeller. This allows the pump to be completely sealed, which prevents leaks and contamination of the fluid being pumped.
