Tips: How to solve the failure that heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner can not operating normally?
- Motor of the heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner can rotate but cannot vacuum.
- Dust collection barrel of the vacuum cleaner is full, causing the air path to be blocked. Clean up the garbage in the dust collection barrel in time.
- Suction hose and nozzle joints are blocked by foreign objects. Check whether the paths and micro-holes are clogged, and remove the foreign matter to make it clear.
- Poor connections between hoses, brush holders, and extension tubes, causing leaks. Check each connection and reconnect it.
- Middle connection part of the shell is not connected well or the sealing rubber ring is aging and ineffective. Check joints and seals, and replace if necessary.
- Heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner do not work when powered on.
- The fuse is blown. Replace with new fuse.
- Poor contact of the power cord or loose motor leads.
- Power switch of the industrial vacuum cleaner is damaged.
- Motor is damaged. Replace with new motor. If only the bearing inside the motor is damaged or the carbon brush is worn, replace it with new bearing or carbon brush.
