Possible Causes:
- Contact spring pressure is too small
- There is oil on the contact, or the surface is uneven, and the metal particles are prominent.
- The ambient temperature is too high or used in a closed control box
- Copper contacts for long-term work
- The overtravel of the contact is too small
Processing method:
- Increase the contact spring pressure
- Clean the contact surface
- Contactor derating
- Adjust the contact overtravel or replace the contact
