Description

Factory price industrial inclinometer sensor features 1 axis or 2 axis, full-temperature compensation, output signal 0-5V and measuring range ±10°/±30°/±60°/±90°. High precision tilt sensor is suitable for detecting the tilt of an object concerning gravity. Horizontal or vertical installation is optional.

Features

  • Full-temperature compensation single/dual axis inclinometer sensor, analog voltage output. It uses a high-precision 24 bit A/D differential converter inside to ensure the linearity of the output voltage signal. Users don’t need to make linearity corrections by themselves, it can be used after installation, which is stable and reliable.
  • Because the system integrates a high-resolution temperature sensor, and cooperates with the MCU central processing system for secondary temperature compensation, the full temperature zero temperature drift can be controlled at ±0.008°/℃, and the measured accuracy of the small range at room temperature can reach 0.003°.
  • The features of non-contact installation make the inclinometer sensor have good system integration. Just fix the tilt sensor on the surface of the object to be measured with screws, and the inclination angle of the object can be automatically calculated. Simple operation and convenient installation.
  • The inclinometer sensor adopts MEMS technology, small size, strong ability to resist external electromagnetic interference, strong ability to withstand shock and vibration, and it is widely used in the field of industrial measurement.

Inclinometer Sensor Installation Direction Diagram

The installation must guarantee the inclinometer sensor bottom is parallel to measured face, and reduce the influence of dynamic and acceleration to the tilt sensor. This inclinometer sensor can be installed horizontally or mounted vertically, for installation please refer to the following scheme.

Tips: Factors that affect actual measurement accuracy of inclinometer sensor.

  1. There is a certain deviation between the sensitive axis of inclinometer sensor and the housing. This deviation is a spatial position, not just a position on a plane coordinate system.
  2. When installing the inclinometer sensor, the actual tilt axis will not coincide with or parallel to the edge of the sensor’s sensitive axis/housing, and it is difficult to achieve such a precise installation.
  3. The actual tilt axis of object is difficult to find accurately in the industrial field. Even if it is currently found, the actual tilt axis will continue to change with the movement due to the error of mechanical equipment.
